چکیده
Background: Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality world - wide. Liver biopsy is the gold standard method to assess presence fibrosis , useful in determining staging severity hepatic injury. To interpret biopsies, Reticulin stain, CD31,an immunohistochemical marker, which plays an important role degree disease, were used evaluation it. Methods: 50 Disease patients, evaluated for fibrosis, with H&E stain correlated CD 31 immunostaining expression by statistical analysis. Results: Strong positive correlation CD31 staining was seen among 34 cases (68%), moderate 8 (16%), mild 2 (4%), negative 6 (12%). Conclusion: The existence strong correlation, between revealed that methods are very much applicable assessing prognostic therapeutic strategies.

Animal modeling is a crucial necessity in clinical studies of liver diseases. Authenticity of the data which are produced using this tool under different conditions and accuracy of the analyses and assessments which would be based on such data sets is completely dependent on the adoption of a standardized methodology for analyzes and assessment of these data sets. Cirrhosis and Fibrosis are amo...
